Join us for a screening of the independent drama Year One, written and directed by Northwestern alum Lauren Loesberg.

The film follows Ruby, a high-achieving freshman navigating the emotional turbulence, uncertainty, and isolation that can accompany the transition to college.

Throughout the screening, Rachel Kaufman, LCSW, and Morgan Browning, LCSW, Co-Founders of Sunrise Therapy, will facilitate brief guided discussions during key moments of the film. This interactive format is designed to support students and parents through the college transition with reflective questions, practical strategies, and mental health resources.

This special community event is hosted at WIN Athletic Club in partnership with Sunrise Therapy.

Registration is required. Space is limited to 30 attendees.

Cancellation Policy: This event is completely free to attend. To ensure that all available seats can be used, we ask that you cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance if you are no longer able to attend. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
