Workshops
Workshops are a space to learn, try things out, and connect—without it feeling forced or overwhelming.
We focus on real-life skills (like feeding yourself in a dorm or building routines that actually stick), honest conversations about what this stage of life really feels like, and space to talk with people who get it.
Some workshops are more hands-on—like cooking—where the process itself becomes a way to slow down, reconnect, and build confidence.
You’ll leave with something you can actually use, and a sense that you’re not the only one figuring it out.
