Group therapy is about more than just talking. It’s about breaking the isolation of the "everything is fine" mask. It’s a space to:

  • Hear your own thoughts echoed by others.

  • See how you relate to people without the usual outside-world pressure.

  • Move from feeling disconnected to feeling part of a community.

The most effective way to grow is together.

Rooted & Rising: Support for the Transition into College

6-week therapy group (closed group)

Starting college can bring excitement, uncertainty, and a lot of change all at once. This group is designed to support you through that transition, helping you feel more grounded in who you are while building confidence for what’s ahead.

Together, we’ll explore identity, relationships, independence, and the emotional shifts that come with this new chapter. You’ll also have the chance to connect with others navigating similar experiences, so you don’t have to do it alone.

Dates: July 13 – August 19 (6 weeks)

Schedule: Mondays or Wednesdays, 6:00–7:15 PM (one group per week)

Investment: $350 total (covers all 6 sessions, paid upfront)
